BETH WINKLE
Beth is a town planning advisor. Her in-depth industry experience and commercially focused background underpins her approach to achieving focused development outcomes and approval solutions. Beth believes that strong partnerships are built on open lines of communication.
Beth has a straightforward approach to providing solutions to complex problems. Beth’s multi-disciplinary background provides her with unique expertise in planning and development processes and land administration matters.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Surveying and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning both from the Queensland University of Technology. She is an ongoing Registered Planner member of the Planning Institute of Australia. Beth has held previous positions on the Property Council’s Retirement Living committee (QLD Division) and the Planning Institute of Australia’s professional development committee.

EMMA McGEOWN
Emma has over 12 years experience as a town planner in the private sector and effectively manages projects from inception to approval, meeting client requirements and timeframes.
Emma has worked on a variety of development projects across QLD and NSW gaining expertise in planning and development processes. Her experience and analytical skills are invaluable when working through complex development projects of any scale.
Emma works closely with Clients, key stakeholders, consultants and colleagues in achieving and working toward high quality developments and approval outcomes.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Built Environment (Urban and Regional Planning) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England.

JACQUI RYAN
Jacqui is an experienced planner who has worked across both public and private sectors, in consultant and developer roles. Her experience provides a valuable insight into the needs of and outcomes sort by the various players in the development arena.
She has played a key role in the approval of a number of large master planned developments across Queensland, as well as multiple mixed use and infill residential projects in Brisbane.
Jacqui has applied her extensive knowledge of planning legislation in several Queensland Council areas and has worked closely with various State Government Departments. She enjoys working collaboratively with consultants and developers to achieve timely and successful results.
Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
